You can buy your Ikraft products in a very simple way by selecting the product, with the size and characteristics you want in our web catalog and clicking on “buy”. If you have difficulty placing your order or navigating through our website, please restart your browser. You can pay for your purchases with a credit or debit card, Paypal or Bizum. If you choose card, you can pay with Visa, American Express or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Payment is managed through our payment gateway, with secure encryption and under strict banking regulations. Your card details are sent directly to the bank, so reading or accessing them by anyone other than the bank is impossible.

Ikraft does not impose surcharges or additional costs when paying by card. However, your bank may apply additional charges depending on the bank and type of card used. If you pay by credit or debit card, the conditions will apply at the time the card transaction is approved. In the event that payment has not been received after submitting the order, Ikraft may automatically cancel it.

It is not usual, but if for any reason you prefer to pay by bank transfer, write to us at and we will help you make the deposit and make said payment.

All prices shown on the Ikraft website include VAT in accordance with applicable legislation. If the order is to be sent to a delivery address outside the EU, it may be subject to import duties and taxes, payment of which must be made when the shipment reaches the delivery address. The client will be responsible for paying these amounts corresponding to import duties and taxes.

Ikraft has no control over these surcharges as they vary depending on the country. It is impossible for us to predict its amount. Ikraft recommends obtaining more information from the Customs Service.


Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation to the email address you have provided. Please, it is important that you provide a real and correct email address when placing your order. Please save this email so you can contact customer service if you need to. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.


As long as the product is in stock, we try to ship orders within the first 72 hours of receiving the order. For different reasons, it is likely that more preparation time will be needed, so we recommend planning ahead, especially on important dates such as Christmas, sales or special promotions.

The cost of each shipment is visible at the time of purchase. This varies depending on the destination and the size or weight of the package.

Shipments destined for countries outside the European Union or certain areas may be subject to additional costs (import taxes, customs duties and/or fees applied by the authorities of each country) for which the buyer must be responsible. . Customs policies are highly variable, so we recommend that you contact your local customs office to have all the information.


If you want to make a change to the delivery address once the order has been placed, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, it will not be possible to make any address changes.

When we ship your order, we will send you an email or SMS where we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can check, on the website of the corresponding courier, the status of your shipment and keep an eye on the arrival of the package.

Extra expenses derived from possible errors on the part of the buyer when providing the delivery address will be borne by the buyer.


You have 30 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to make any exchange or return.

  • I got the wrong size and I would like to change it
  • The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another or return it

In any case, it is essential that the products subject to an exchange or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no exchange or return can be made. It is your responsibility to provide appropriate packaging to ensure that items arrive at Ikraft in perfect condition. If you are having difficulty finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested return.

*For personalized items (this includes: engravings or any irreversible manipulation of the product) exchanges or returns are not accepted.


Request the exchange or return by email to within a period of no more than 30 calendar days following the date of receipt of the product. To help us continue to improve, we appreciate you letting us know the reason for the return. If you request an exchange, you must tell us the model for which you wish to make the change.

For exchanges or returns, items must be sent:

In its original condition (including labels and packaging), together with any accessories related thereto, and in conditions that demonstrate that the product has not been used or damaged.

In relation to returns, you must only send us the product to be returned to the address indicated.


All Ikraft products have a 6-month warranty from the order delivery date. The warranty will only apply in those cases in which there is a manufacturing defect, and the damage has not been caused by misuse. Ikraft will study in detail whether, in each case, the damage has been caused by misuse of the product.


It is important that you check the merchandise and products when you receive the shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and are correct. If your product is damaged during transport, whether visible or hidden, you must report this to the transport company as soon as possible. If upon receiving your order you notice that it is damaged or does not match what you ordered, you must contact us within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

All complaints must be directed to our customer service. Please provide us with your order number and the reason for your claim and we will contact you as soon as possible with instructions on how to return the item.
