In order to provide the Services, Ikraft needs to collect the personal data of its users (hereinafter “Users”).

The purpose of this privacy policy implemented by Ikraft is to provide Users with summary and global information on the processing of personal data carried out by Ikraft.

Data collected

Ikraft collects Users' data in order to make available to them the services for which they have subscribed to the platform.

The mandatory or optional nature of the data provided (in order to complete the User's registration and provide Ikraft services) is indicated with an asterisk at the time of collection.

On the other hand, certain data is collected automatically as a result of the User's actions on the website (see the paragraph relating to cookies).

Purpose

The cessation of the contractual relationship is understood as the express termination of the contract by the User or the non-use of Ikraft services for a period of five years.

In accordance with the regulations, the User enjoys the right of access and rectification of their personal data, which allows them to order the rectification, completion, updating or deletion of inaccurate, incomplete, erroneous, obsolete data or whose collection, use, communication or conservation is prohibited.

The User also has the right to request that the processing be limited and to oppose the processing of their personal data for legitimate reasons. The User can also give instructions on the destination of their personal data in the event of death.
