In order to provide the Services, Ikraft needs to collect the personal data of its users (hereinafter “Users”).

The purpose of this privacy policy implemented by Ikraft is to provide Users with summary and global information on the processing of personal data carried out by Ikraft.

Data collected

Ikraft collects Users' data in order to make available to them the services for which they have subscribed to the platform.

The mandatory or optional nature of the data provided (in order to complete the User's registration and provide Ikraft services) is indicated with an asterisk at the time of collection.

On the other hand, certain data is collected automatically as a result of the User's actions on the website (see the paragraph relating to cookies).

Purpose

The personal data collected by Ikraft by virtue of the provision of services are necessary for the execution of contracts concluded with the User, or to allow Ikraft to act in favor of its legitimate interests, respecting the rights of the User.

Data retention period

Consequently, the personal data collected by Ikraft relating to the identity and contact information of its Users is archived for a maximum period of five years after the termination of the contractual relationship with the client Users, or from its collection by the responsible for the treatment or the last contact of the potential User in the case of data relating to the latter.

The cessation of the contractual relationship is understood as the express termination of the contract by the User or the non-use of Ikraft services for a period of five years.

User Rights

In accordance with the regulations, the User enjoys the right of access and rectification of their personal data, which allows them to order the rectification, completion, updating or deletion of inaccurate, incomplete, erroneous, obsolete data or whose collection, use, communication or conservation is prohibited.

The User also has the right to request that the processing be limited and to oppose the processing of their personal data for legitimate reasons. The User can also give instructions on the destination of their personal data in the event of death.

When applicable, the User may request the portability of their data or, when the processing has consent as a legal basis, withdraw their consent at any time.

These requests are processed within a maximum period of 30 days.

The User may modify their personal data at any time by contacting the customer service department at test@Ikraft.io.

The user may unsubscribe from the Ikraft newsletter or marketing emails using the unsubscribe links that appear in each of said emails.

The User will be able to access detailed information on the use of their personal data, in particular regarding the purpose of the processing, the legal bases that allow Ikraft to process the data, the retention periods, the recipients and, if applicable, , the transmission of the same to a member country of the European Union, as well as the guarantees applied.
